James C. Bonvissuto, MBA, CPA
Mr. Bonvissuto has over 20 years of domestic and international multi-industry experience in the capacity of CFO, COO, and Court Appointed Receiver. He has a proven track record in rapidly improving cash flows and profits by focusing on working capital utilization, efficient asset utilization, customer, market, and product segmentation, to improve the operational efficiency of the organization. His significant improvements in cash flows and profits have helped organizations to reduce debt and internally fund growth initiatives. He has experience in finance, operations, sales and marketing, banking, restructuring debt, refinancing credit facilities and private placements. He has completed acquisitions around the world, divestitures, and liquidations. He has Private and Public Company Experience. He is an enthusiastic and self-motivated leader and consultant with excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
On the operations side, Mr. Bonvissuto has led organizations through warehouse / distribution network rationalization, vendor rationalization, outsourcing of non-core production activities, warehouse automation, bar code scanning, lean manufacturing, consolidation of freight carriers, and improvements in purchasing processes to reduce inventory and improve customer service levels and integration of mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Bonvissuto held senior finance leadership positions with Seegott Inc., $130 million specialty chemical distributor with operations in the US and Canada, as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer; Barnes Distribution Inc., (formerly Bowman Distribution), a $350 million Worldwide industrial distributor of MRO products with over 2000 employees, as Vice President of Finance; and Tremco Inc. / B.F. Goodrich, $350 million specialty chemicals manufacturer. Additionally, Jim holds an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College and a BBA-Accounting from Cleveland State University, as well as a CPA designation from the State of Ohio.

Patricia A. Sours, CPA
Mrs. Sours has a diverse background of financial, accounting and operational experience, including financial analysis, cash flow management, treasury management, accounting, strategic planning, turn-around, forecasting, system analysis, operations management, process re-engineering and due diligence for acquisitions and mergers. She is an expert at identifying operational inefficiencies and then creating and managing cash forecast allowing a re-engineering of the operations to take place. She has advised and worked with private and public companies for over 20 years in the distribution, manufacturing, auto, retail, energy and chemical industries.
Mrs. Sours was the Controller for Seegott Holdings Inc, a $130MM privately held company. In this role, she had significant interaction and responsibility for treasury management and cash forecasting and worked with outside equity investors. Prior to this, she was the North American Controller for Barnes Distribution, a $350MM MRO distributor. Additionally, Patricia holds a BBA-Accounting from Mount Union College, as well as a CPA designation from the State of Ohio.
